Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@travzoholidays.com. The following charges apply based on the number of days before the travel date:
- 30 or more days before departure — Full refund minus a processing fee of ₹500 per person
- 15 to 29 days before departure — 50% of the total package cost will be refunded
- 7 to 14 days before departure — 25% of the total package cost will be refunded
- Less than 7 days before departure — No refund. 100% cancellation charge applies
- No show — No refund
Cancellation by Travzo Holidays
In the rare event that Travzo Holidays cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or minimum group size not being met, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Travzo Holidays is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred such as flights or visa fees.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Visa fees and documentation charges
- Travel insurance premiums
- Any bookings marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
Amendments and Date Changes
Date change requests made 15 or more days before departure will be accommodated subject to availability and may attract a rescheduling fee. Changes requested within 14 days of departure will be treated as cancellations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
Force Majeure
Travzo Holidays shall not be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases we will make every effort to offer alternative dates or credit for future travel.
