Welcome to Travzo Holidays. By booking any package or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit as specified at the time of inquiry. The balance payment must be completed as per the payment schedule communicated by our team. Travzo Holidays reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received within the stipulated time.

2. Pricing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit. Prices do not include GST, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, or any item not explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions.

3. Passport and Visa

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the travel date. Travzo Holidays will provide visa assistance and guidance, however the granting of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Travzo Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.

4. Travel Insurance

Travzo Holidays strongly recommends all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Travzo Holidays is not liable for any losses arising from the absence of travel insurance.

5. Itinerary Changes

Travzo Holidays reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any itinerary or accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or operational requirements. In such cases we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives without additional cost to the traveller.

6. Traveller Conduct

Travellers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt fellow travellers or cause inconvenience to others. Travzo Holidays reserves the right to terminate a traveller's participation in a tour without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or harmful to others.

7. Health and Fitness

Travellers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. Travzo Holidays is not responsible for any medical emergencies arising during the tour.

8. Liability

Travzo Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveller for the package.

9. Force Majeure

Travzo Holidays shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms if such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your travel arrangements. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent except where required by law or necessary to fulfil your booking.

11. Disputes

Any disputes arising from bookings made with Travzo Holidays shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Amendments

Travzo Holidays reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
