Cancellations must be intimated in writing via email to hello@travzoholidays.com. The following cancellation charges apply on the total package cost:

• 60 days or more before departure: 25% of package cost
• 45 to 59 days before departure: 50% of package cost
• 30 to 44 days before departure: 75% of package cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of package cost (no refund)

Visa fees, airfare, and insurance once issued are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. Refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation request, after deduction of applicable bank charges. In case of flight cancellation by the airline or no-show, refunds are subject to airline policy.

A confirmed booking requires the following payment schedule:

• At the time of booking: 25% advance of the total package cost (non-refundable)
• 60 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
• 30 days before departure: Full and final payment

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the entire package cost must be paid at the time of booking.

Accepted payment modes: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit card, debit card, and cheque (subject to clearance). All payments must be made in favour of "Travzo Holidays" only. GST 5% and TCS as per government regulations will be charged extra on the total package cost.

Please collect a proper receipt for every payment made. Travzo Holidays is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized agents or representatives.

Travel Documents (Most Important):

• Original passport with valid visa and minimum 6 months validity
• Printed copies of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, and travel insurance
• 2-3 passport-size photographs
• Photocopies of all important documents kept separately
• Foreign currency / forex card / international debit card

Clothing & Personal Items:

• Comfortable walking shoes and a pair of casual sandals
• Light cotton clothes for tropical destinations; warm jackets for hill stations
• Modest clothing for temple and religious site visits
• Sunglasses, sunscreen (SPF 30+), hat or cap
• Personal toiletries and a small first-aid kit
• Universal travel adapter and power bank

Medications: Carry prescription medicines in original packaging along with a doctor's prescription. Pack basic medicines for headache, fever, motion sickness, and stomach upset.

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, flight schedules, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Travzo Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the best interest of travellers without prior notice.
• Hotel check-in is typically at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 noon as per international standards. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for all international travel. Travzo Holidays is not liable for any medical emergencies, loss of baggage, or personal accidents during the trip.
• All travellers must follow the tour manager's instructions and reach pickup points on time. Late arrivals may result in missed activities without any refund.
• Travzo Holidays is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, valuables, or money during the trip. Use hotel safes wherever available.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during sightseeing and group activities.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes especially at religious sites and conservative regions.
• Photography may be restricted at certain monuments, religious sites, and military areas. Always check before clicking pictures.
• Tour cost is based on a minimum group size. In case the minimum group size is not met, Travzo Holidays may offer a revised cost or alternate departure date.
• Any disputes are subject to Coimbatore jurisdiction only.
